Especial Muse - Absolution. Último single do terceiro álbum da banda, "Butterfly and Hurricanes" foi dedicada ao pai de Dominic Howard, que faleceu logo após à turne do Muse no Festival Glastonbury. O título e o tema da música são inspirados principalmente pelo efeito borboleta e teoria do caos. A teoria descreve como mesmo as menores coisas de mudanças nas condições presentes, como o bater de asas de uma borboleta, pode causar uma reação em cadeia e ter um efeito devastador no futuro, como um furacão.

Special Muse - Absolution. Last single from third album, "Butterfly and Hurricanes" was dedicated to Dominic Howard's father, who passed soon after Festival Glastonbury tour. The title and the theme of song were inspired mainly by butterfly effect and chaos theory. Theory describes how even the smallest of changes on present conditions, like the flapping of a butterfly's wings, can cause a chain reaction and have a significant effect in the future, like a hurricane.
